This gorgeous bijou villa has the most miraculous location: right on the coast of the south of Sicily. What could be better that relaxing in the jacuzzi with its unbelievable view across the sea.
The villa itself has great style and is equipped with everything you need. You'll love spending time on the patio, or eating under the veranda in the beautiful outdoor dining area. If you can tear yourself away from the sublime location, there is so much to see and do in the local area too!
Baia Faraglioni has an extraordinary location. With a garden that leads straight down to the sea and a luxurious jacuzzi perfectly placed for enjoying the panoramic views of the water and the unforgettable sea stacks, Baia Faraglioni really has the most wonderful outdoor space.
Just outside the house, the garden's patio is perfect for sitting out in the sun. But the real highlight is the direct access to the sea (via a small gate). Step down directly to a lovely bay – which will almost seem like your own! – using the rustic staircase cut directly from the rock. Swim in crystal waters! The sea is accessible from small platform – there is no beach. However, if you prefer a sandy beach, Cirica is only a three-minute walk from Baia Faraglioni. This Blue Flag beach is picture-perfect for carefree days by the sea!
The private parking has a charging area for electric vehicles.
This recently built bright and airy one-storey villa has a charming open living and dining area with large windows looking out towards the sea. The compact but well-equipped kitchen is all that you could need during your holiday. The main double bedroom has sea views, whilst the second bedroom (which can be converted from a twin to a double or vice versa) looks out into the garden. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
Close to the main house is a brand new suite. This is a charming, bright space ideal for a couple looking for some extra privacy. Large windows look out over the garden and out to sea. There's a lovely furnished veranda area with incredible views next to the suite that's great for relaxed moments in the shade. Inside there's a comfy double bed, a small kitchen area, and a modern bathroom with shower.
Beaches
Beach life is easy at Baia Faraglioni. The villa’s garden leads straight to the beach so you can swim every morning, noon, and night. If you want to visit other beaches in the area then make sure to go to Pozzallo. This long sandy beach is famous for watersports so adrenaline-lovers will adore it! For a quieter day at the beach, head to Santa Maria del Focallo or Ciriga, both are very close to the villa and are absolutely gorgeous. For wild nature, drive to the Vendicari Nature reserve for amazing sandy beaches. To see local beach club life, Fontane Bianche is close to Siracusa and very popular.
Towns & Sights
Baia Faraglioni is perfect for exploring south-east Sicily. Visit the towns of the Val di Noto – all famed for their UNESCO-recognised Baroque architecture. Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, and Noto are all well worth the visit, each with their own character that visitors adore. Marzamemi is a small seaside town that has a beautiful piazza full of charming restaurants. It’s wonderful for a lunch break and a stroll. For a larger city, take a trip to Siracusa. It’s clear why this is one of Sicily’s most popular towns, thanks to its archaeology park, its beautiful town centre, its great food and wine, and amazing sea views.
Activities
There’s never a dull moment in this part of Sicily. If you can tear yourself away from Baia Faraglioni, you can treat yourself to a wealth of fun activities. A boat tour is a must, giving you a whole new perspective of the beautiful coastline. You will stop off in small bays and have the chance to swim in crystal-clear waters. It’s a real treat! This part of Sicily also produces some great wine, so why not add in a wine tour and tasting to your trip. It’s a great way to get to know the local gastronomy! If sightseeing is more your thing, how about a tour of Siracusa and Noto, or Modica and Ragusa? You’ll see the best sights around!
