The seafront location of Villa Nadira means the outside area of the villa is a haven of sea views and peaceful blues. The courtyard will become the heart of your holiday here, with a beautiful dining table where you can enjoy al fresco meals. Sicilian touches and bright tiles are found throughout, including a lovely fountain. There's a relaxation pool where you can enjoy looking out to sea. There's a small staircase that leads over the sea wall to a pebbly beach, where you can lounge by the sea on sunbeds. The courtyard also has an external staircase that leads to the first floor bedrooms.
Walk straight into a charming hallway, bright with light thanks to the door that leads to the courtyard outside. From this hallway you can reach two beautifully decorated bedrooms – both with double beds and their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. The hallway also leads to the modern kitchen. With shades of blue, and lovely natural light thanks to French windows that take you outside, the kitchen has all you could need to cook delicious family meals. From the kitchen you arrive at a gorgeous dining room, with a wooden dining table, and an airy and bright sitting room with stylish sofas and sea views.
Take the staircase up to the first floor. Here you will find the spa area, with a jacuzzi, a sauna and a chromotherapy shower. A wonderful large furnished balcony with sea views can be reached from the spa area. There is also one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower that is accessed from this area.
Two further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on the first floor, but these are access via the external staircase found in the courtyard.
The final double bedroom – with stunning tiles, its own bathroom, and private balcony with sea views – is on the second floor.
Beaches
Nadira is right on the beach, so you can swim morning, noon, and night. There are many other beaches in the area to discover. The long sandy beach at Capo d’Orlando offers both quieter spots and areas with beach bars and lidos—something for everyone. The beach at Marinello, also known as the "Tongue of Sand," features a unique sand spit that extends into the water, making it perfect for a peaceful beach day. Further west, head to Finale di Pollina for a relaxed atmosphere, or visit Cefalù, where you can combine a day exploring the town with time on its sandy beach.
Towns & Sights
Capo d’Orlando is a lively beach town with a fun atmosphere and plenty of places to eat or enjoy an aperitivo. Visit Messina to take in the stunning view across to the mainland—you could even take a ferry to Reggio di Calabria! Milazzo is a charming seaside town with a port offering connections to the Aeolian Islands. You could visit Lipari for lunch or go for a swim in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the islands. The Nebrodi Mountains are just behind the villa—head up into the hills to savor delicious local cuisine and admire the incredible flora and fauna.
Activities
Enjoy a cooking lesson in the villa and learn authentic recipes that you can recreate at home. Alternatively, indulge in a cook service where a talented chef will prepare a delicious meal for you and your group—your only task is to relax and savor it! With the sea so close, a boat tour is a must. Sail along the coast or take a day trip to the Aeolian Islands. There are also many excellent wineries in the area—book a tour and tasting for a delightful day out.
